Hand in Hand

Love and truth walk hand in hand
but if the need is great enuff
can we learn to
love a lie

  • You and Adali McClean like this.
    • Stephen John Nah Inniss I disagree with you on this one... love yah still though
    • Malik Inniss i respect that, however when love is blind we see and believe what we feel is true in order to make a lie easier to live with.

    • Chyna Lovelace hmmm. if the need is great enuf, you can learn to love a lie, and learn to lie for love~~~oooooo
    • Stephen John I hear you Inniss, while we may do that it still doesn't hold fast. I say this based on your opening statement that LOVE AND TRUTH WALK HAND IN HAND. Where do we get our concept of love from? Love and Truth always go together you can have one without the other. A lie brings darkness and secrecy which cause destruction. Truth shared in Love brings light and life. And while it may cause pain momentarily (depending on the issue at hand) one can clearly see ahead and chart a course for resolution.

    • Malik Inniss ummm u made a valid point Stephen, but im still of the view dat love and truth walk hand in hand to make life relationship worth while whether its a lovers, parent or friend relationship that's how we know who is who when the chips are down.
    • Mellissa Castillo i agree with stephen 100%.love and truth do go hand in hand no doubt. it makes no sense loving a lie cause then you will be going down the wrong path. dont waste your time cause it will never last!
    • Stephen John Inniss I agree with that part the part I disagree with is the learning to love a lie part. I cannot agree with that.
    • Malik Inniss umm i respect that

Wash away the pain

Used to get
real upset
when the rain
came

complained how
the rain kept me back
from going where i
need to go

then realized
i was missing
the beauty
that comes after

Let the rain
wash away
the pain in
my soul
my heart

Now i welcome
the rain

The path to evil may bring great power, but not loyalty.
